Is there an additional discount for those who bought the G2F version? I remember that was being spoken about as a possibility.
I wanted to do this for the sake of fairness - and I asked marketing to set it up. (I thought they were going to)
But it seems they were unable to find a way, I'm sorry about that, I was thinking they could maybe issue coupons to those who got the G2F version earlier, but i don't know what/how much work that involves,
I can only assume it was a step they weren't willing or able to take.
That looks so good, I like the coat.
Pleas tell me there is a way to adjust the lower part of the coat and shirt (not hidden morphs), to keep them from going threw the pants. For mixing and matching with other outfits. http://www.daz3d.com/time-for-school-for-genesis-2-male-s
Looking at the Promos, the tails looks like a potential 'difficulty' with many walking and running poses. Especially with baggier pants.
(EDIT)
What is a "TSF" and TSFM"?
The lower area of jacket is manual morph control for thigh movement.
Of course- I cant promise it will perfectly fit/solve every pose imaginable.
But Running walking and sitting poses should certainly all be workable.
I really like how these outfits look... and I guess I'll just have to buy them both *g*
A Bundle (including the shoes and socks) would be great.
I got a question too... can anyone tell/show me wether the trousers of the G2M Outfit can be reasonably well autofitted to G2F and work with the blouse, pullover and jacket (of g2f)? It is mentioned above, but a render would be great :)
Alas - i went to make your render but i have found some issues fitting the pants to females, which is weird, because when i tested early on in development they seemed to work just fine, but now there is poke though with the Female shirt and with the crotch area :(
It can be ironed with various tweaking to morphs, but its a bit of a PITA.
Its something i will have to try to solve for an update now. One single morph that can be applied when fitting the pants to the females for example.
Other plans for an update include the addition of a Bone rigged version of the tie, as the conforming one has several limitations in some poses.

I've noticed some times, "Smoothing" turns itself 'OFF' when a previously saved scene is loaded. A thought.

Sadly not the case, the crotch issue effects youth morph it can be solved but cranking smoothing & collision iteration up to 4 or 5
But the shirt issue persists.
Ill have to find a way to deal with it.
Thank you for the info, Dogz. It's great that you take the time to try around and answer to all of us!
Now I'm off to make my Wallet suffer ;) It's just a little suffering with all the % off anyhow *g*

ya, know. Your lucky with that sale stuff, lol. Most of the stuff I've been getting of late, hasn't been on sale since it was released, lol. It's a must-have, so My account also suffers.
;-P
It's good to even out the suffering, between my arms and that "Stuff No One Wants", and all the stuff missing in my collection that I need for this render or that one, lol.
I know that feeling... it's even worse, when you know it was on sale just a while ago and you thought "no, I'll never use that..." and just a little later you have an idea for a render that won't leave your head (or someone asks you for an avatar or some other image) and you need exactly that thing that was on sale and you didn't get.
I am doing a webcomic where the star is a high school kid, and her friends, both male and female, will be supporting characters. I was going to use the female school uniform because I liked it, but because the boys are also going to that school and there was no matching uniform, I figured I couldn't use it. So I decided to have them go to a public school, no dress code. I even got a page worth of panels rendered.
THEN YOU HAD TO GO AND PUT THIS OUT. And now I must have it. So I had to buy BOTH. And now I am going to have to re-do those renders.
I was going to let the kids go first this time, but once more the school staff muscled up to the head of the queue and insisted on breaking out the shaders again. Here's the maths teacher attempting to explain how discounts are calculated in a typical Daz sale. Meanwhile, the class beg to be given something simpler such as a logarithm or a quadratic equation...
I had discovered early on, that the skirt appeared a tad dark, and wasn't sure that shaders were loading or not. Then I noticed that the inside of the skirt was much brighter then the outside in the view-field as I was working. A hint that the geometry might be inside out. This only effects how things appear in the view-field, and not how it looks in the render.
I just had a random thought, that appears to mend the view-field visibility quite well. just flip the X scale of the item. Select the TFS skirt in the scene tab, and in the parameters tab, set the X scale to negative one-hundred. set up the surface as you like, then set the X scale back to positive one-hundred. It works surprisingly well.
Problem solved as far as I’m concerned, I can see what I’m doing.
The only problem with that temporary solution is if you use a shader with velvet the whole thing will glow in the dark once you switch the scale back to normal.
I picked up the sweater yesterday, as well as the loafers yesterday. Really hope this series is doing well, as I'd love to see a few more add on packs. (Is there any chance we'll see a matching satchel/bookbag/backpack?)
I know myself, the outfits are really nice, with tones of morphs for movement. There are a few 'Shader packs' that work really well with this as well, as there are many zones on the outfit.
As for a back pack, I could have used something like that last month for an RRRR entry, tho it's was fine without it. The pose morphs for the straps, and the one-arm vs regular drape of the pack. That is truly a ton of work to put it lightly. And some will want the thing to be able to open up, zippers, etc. I dread the thought of making something like that, as it would be like making Genesis (including all morph and pose packs) from scratch. Eeek.

Thanks for the heads up about the discount stuff! It's nice to know what happened, even if they were unable to implement it.

Ha! How true! Nice looking suit. He looks a little like my high school math teacher, except for the beard.
This is a really nice set. I like all the trim options you provided for the blazers, thank you :-)
