FBX Export to Unity3d problem with eye texture

When importing the FBX to Unity3D eyes textures shows as white.
Changing shaders does not work. Any Shader selected still shows eyes as whit, so the puppil are not show at all.

Judging by the lashes and hair you have lost all transparency information - including that for the eye surface material, which is above the cornea and pupil materials. You need tor eset the values and transparency maps in the application's materials editor.
