Other ethnic-group variants of the Toddler Twins?

I was just recently looking for a black toddler character to insert into a scene, and it looks like the closest I have for this is the Samia and Sama characters in Small World for Caryl 8 HD and Tobyn 8 HD, which is closer to newborn than toddler, though I guess they can pass for older toddler.  I wonder why no one seems to have made ethnic variation characters for the Toddler Twins.

The short answer is because child characters don't sell well enough to merit it. Small World (which I love) probably only exists because Daz released Tobyn and Caryn as base characters.
