Content Library plugin for web browser

I'd love to have all the advantages of tabbed browsing and bookmarks to view my content libraries and merge/alt-drag items from there. 

That way I could store the session and have my most used tabs all there right away, clothes, hair, scenes, props etc etc and bookmark the paths to the local files like any other address bookmark.

I'd pay money for that, actually. Real money.
