merging accounts

I nave an old Daz3d account with many purchased items associated with an email I no longer use and a new account with my current email as I downloaded Daz3d on a new computer.  I have 2 probolems:

Is there any way to merge the two accounts so I can access my purchases on my new computer?  If I change the email address on my old account, will that help me do the merge?

When I tried to accept some free items from a Daz3d email to my new account, the old email and password showed up at checkout and the password for free stuff was rejected.  How do I get the free stuff?

On merging, you would need to open a Sales support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help

Funsville. Unless they've changed something I haven't heard about yet, no they cannot merge accounts.

You need a different email address for each account. gmail accounts are free.

You need a very patient CS staff to change your old email address to the new email address you give them, end result aiming for to be able to sign into your old account with that new email address. {and we must remember to only access the forums using only ONE account so as to not confuse people}.

Any coupons, special deals offered to either email/account are only good on that particular account. They are not tranferable.

As normally one would only buy a PC membership for one account - what I have done is manually make a list of 'everything' from the Product Library [can select a page at a time and copy/paste the list] to Notepad or something -- and remember to check that list before making new purchases.
