Poses and high Heel

Is it a way to aply a pose but avoid afecting the foot with it?
And if not, how do you make a partial body pose ( for the feet in that case but I guess it will work for any choosen body parts.

To save a partial pose go to file/save/pose preset then in the popup window you'll see a box listing the selected figure with an orange checkmark, click on that and you'll see a dropdown list of all the bones, for foot poses I uncheck that first box then go down the list and put a checkmark on the left and right foot only.
Quite some time ago someone ( ashamed to say I can't remember who) did a quick tutorial for me on that very topic, if you search sharecg you might be able to find it, she goes into much more detail than what I've posted here.
