New to Daz Studio seeking help

Hello I recently downloaded this program and love it but when I render a poser say without a scene the background is black now i know how to change the color thats not what im seeking help with I also make tags with a psp program and i want to be able to use the posers I make with the Daz Studio and place it on a tag how do I save it so I can use the poser on other things without it already having another background attached to it I hope I conveyed myself well

    Save as PNG, or as tiff and use the embedded alpha channel to select the rendered area and float it to a new layer then delete the remaining background.

    Hmm... DS should not have a black background. If you render to PNG, the preview shows a blue background, but those areas are transparent in the PNG. Getting a black background might suggest you turned all lights off. What are your lights and how does the final render look like?
