Genesis 2 clothing adjustments?

Okay, so I have a Genesis 2 male or female model loaded, and I want to load something from the Gen 4 figures. Now, a month ago, it all loaded fine on the females, I had no issues at all. For the males, it loaded fine once. Now the only options I have for compatability are 'genesis' or 'genesis 2'. Then for instance when I do load something into the scene, it scales properly sometimes, but the geometry always goes a few inches higher than where it should on the figure, and I can't get it to lower without 'unfitting' it. (Note, I am using fit to: Genesis 2 Male/Female)

As far as I am aware for Generation 4 clothing to fit on to Genesis 2 M you need the http://www.daz3d.com/michael-4-for-genesis-2-male I don't think there is a V4 one yet.
Assuming you have Victoria 4 for Genesis 2 female, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it to make sure it is registered with the content management system - with DS closed. That won't, however, work for Genesis 2 Male.

All I know is it worked perfectly fine in 4.6, but in 4.7 its all banjacked.
