Serious Daz Frustration

PLEASE IGNORE. I FIGURED IT OUT. But I cannot delete this post.

I love you Daz, but jesus, is you are fickle mistress or what?

I purchased FTC Dark Tale Castle, downloaded it twice now and it's still not working. i see everything on my Contents, all is good but it keeps asking for the .dsf files and so I end up with solid grey blocks. I searched my entire Mac to find these .dsf files but they are not here. How in teh name of god does that happen?
Why is this happening here yet it doesn't on most other stuff I purchase?

I tried to call Daz about this as like most problems they need answering now and not in 3 days time via email. Sadly the number no longer works for anyone outside the US.

I tried to post this question in another thread I made but all my threads (including the one with all my artwork) but they all seem to be gone.

I am on tight deadlines here so if any one can advise me, it would be greatly appreciated. :)

    "Fairytale Collection - Darktale Castle" and the required product "Fairytale Collection -- Fantasy Castle" were both updated with a DS 4.5+ version -- I'm guessing that you have the updated Darktale Castle installed, but not the updated Fantasy Castle.

    If I go to my Control Panel (as it's the quickest) and I look up my subscriptions I get a "page not found". I have to find the last thread I was on (I don't post too often so that takes time) and then click on my Avatar to see my posts and threads. That was frustrating.

    On this occasion, yes, I confess that this was the case, however this frustration was brought about with the knowledge that for some reason the Freak materials and my Urban Future materials are not in the materials folder. They are to be found in Content for some reason. These are also the only things to be found in Content which makes no sense. When I made my post, I thought that the castle put some where weird also which does happen.
