I have not tried this, but a reliable source mentioned it.

    I will wait until you all get content matched trying to use them on YouTube with no recourse.

    Certain companies have taken all the free stuff CC0 especially  out there and submitted it to YouTube as their own, Google owns some of them, Orchard Music a big one that does this.
