[Product that you can use a Gen 8 Male morph on Female?] Does something like this exist?

    Genesis 1 has the same base figure for both genders.

    In general, morphs are actually lists, where DS is being told "Move vertice number 350 0,1mm in X-direction, 0,2mm in Y-direction and -0.1mm in Z-direction.
    The number of vertices in the morph has to match the number (and order) of the vertices on the figure that is being morphed, otherwise the morph won't work.

    No It's impossible because G8 female and male have different number of vertices and topology. They share only the self rigging (you can use pose for men and females).

    But you can create a morph to deform a G8 female to look like a man and vice-versa.

    You should be able to do this without a separate product in most cases.
