In the Book "The Final Four Of Everything", James Danziger, once picture editor for the London SundayTimes Magazine, picks "Moonrise- Hernandez" by Ansel Adams (attached).  Here is why he is Ansel Adams and you & I are not:

    Nice. i used to use th zone system when i did my own darkroom work. Now that seems like it was last century!

    I've never done darkroom work, seemed pretty complicated, but it sounds like there's some room for creativity there.  Or was ... now its just whatever Photoshop can do, which is also a little overwhelming.
