Character converter error from G3 to G8 female

Whenever I try to convert a character after conversion their head will be moved away from their body by 100 units to the side and the character will look like a default G8 female model.

 

Does any of you know how to fix this issue? I would love to convert a few characters.

    Please put the Viewport in Smooth Sahded mode if you are showing nude figure (or remove the maps).

    The vendor has a thread in the PA Commecial forum, and I think there is discussion of the issue there.
