List of Markets Selling Genesis Content

I think we had one of these at the old forum, but I can't for the life of me recall where it was put, so an admin please move this if I've placed it incorrectly.


I'm as big a fan of DAZ as anyone (and not just because I now sell here ;) ), but it can be hard to fill your People/Genesis directory from one market alone, and other sites sometimes hit niches that are missed.


This list is ONLY for sites that feature Genesis content. It's okay if they sell other things as well, but sites that only support M4V4 are ineligible.


Here's the list so far:


http://www.Renderosity.com - I sell here, and so do DZheng (poses and nice male clothes), SAV (clothes, hair, characters), Razor42 (DS4 props, poses, small conformers), 3Dream/Mairy (hair), several texturers who support Genesis with the Gen 4's, and some rising clothing creators. Second to DAZ for number of Genesis products.


http://www.RuntimeDNA.com - There isn't much yet, mostly a couple of nice texture sets from vhyktoria and some pretty shaders, but it's a start.


http://www.ContentParadise.com - DZheng sells here, too. There are some smaller artists of varying quality.


http://www.most-digital-creations.com - Adam sells some geometry hairs and characters for Genesis and is of course known for his freebies. (The site contains some artistic nude content, but plenty of warnings are between you and it; there's no way to click it by accident.)


http://www.faeriedreams.com/store - Looks like just sneakers for Genesis at present, but the sneakers are quite new, so let's keep an eye out for future Genesis things here.


http://www.yurdigital.com/catalog/3d-content/daz-studio-0 - I was unfamiliar with this site, but they do seem to have some original Genesis products.


http://shop.poseraddicts.com/index.php - Has its own Genesis section.


http://www.3d-anim8.com/ - Some nice Genesis clothing in a variety of styles for men, women and children.


http://www.mec4d.com/store/index.php - Wow, these textures are gorgeous. Home of the DAZ neanderthal and also some fantastic clothing and other characters.


http://fantasiesrealm.com/market/ - Fantasie Realms has a couple of exclusive Genesis-based products, including some nifty demon wings made by Midnight Stories.


Please help me drive traffic to sites that choose to support Genesis and DAZ Studio 4. The more, the merrier!

    Great Idea!!. You left out renderotica... It does contain some essential stuff for Genesis:) I also wish Renderosity would create a Genesis section so it doesn't get mixed in with the rest. Most of the items for it get lost among the other stuff. I have missed quite a few awesome products.

    Forum TOS don't permit linking to adult sites. And unless there's a fix for the weird looking scrotum on the Genesis toast there, I haven't seen anything essential.

    Lol..Well by essential I mean the morphs mainly, which translate nicely onto Genesis via Genx. I'm always looking for body enhancements for Genesis. One example is the Misty character and her custom morphs..But each to his own I guess:)

    I know you probably weren't trying to be comprehensive, but seeing as I went through all the Rendo Prime stuff the other day to catalogue it by character and author, it's easy enough to dump out the list of PAs with Genesis stuff available in Prime: Godin, Oskarsson, P3Design, Sabby/Seven, StudioArtVartanian, SWAM, vyktohria, and not to forget Sickleyield ;) Excluding Sickleyield (clothes) and SWAM (hair), that list is almost exclusively characters.

    The FD Sneakers (by Mada) are really good, one of my favourite pieces of Genesis footwear - and cheap!

    It works fine for me. I'll add it to the list. There are some medieval-ish outfits that are found nowhere else and some nice sculpting on their geometry.

    I'm happy to see links to genesis content.. And SickleYield, I know you are disappointed about doing further research to make sure the bits are accurate, lol.

    I admit nothing. Nothing!

    And you're welcome,all. Just keep posting if you find links that should go up. I don't mind if people suggest their own stores, since if you're a small creator starting out no one else may know about it yet - that's kind of what this is for.

    Renderosity has now sub catagorized its products via application and model. Genesis has its own section.
