Patch of wet skin...how to make?

What is the best/easiest way to make a patch of wet skin? I was looking at geoshells but it'd be the part of the body and I just want one small section.  

I thought I had a product that did that but can't find what I'm looking for.

For a still, you could try an Iray decal, assuming you're rendering with Iray. Iray Wetworx gives you a leg up on that approach, or you could try to make your own.
