saved hand pose in genesis restores strangely scaled

4.6 and genesis.

I've been experiencing some serious distortions in the save and restore of poses, where the hands of the character ( genesis, not genesis 2, haven't tried with genesis 2 yet ) seem to come back with larger fingers and smaller hands each time restored. The postage-stamp with sausages effect. I am... annoyed.

The initial character has no problem achieving the required pose if it is done manually, but a pose restore seems to alter the result... a lot. Some of the poses were originally V4 (and I don't know which started that way as I didn't know there was a problem so it MAY be connected to import of those poses), and had to be adjusted anyhow but the scale is just completely whacked.

Almost impossible to fix with the actor's parameters. Zeroing does NOT seem to help, it actually seems to make things worse.

What I would like to know is whether anyone else is seeing this at all? Does the "handy-dandy" utility fix it?

My theory is that some constant in the character is getting ignored/changed that should not be.
