Is there a product for Mac DS 4.7 to fix Bony Knees(v4)?

If you look at the picture, you can see the obvious thing that is happening when the knee is bent. ..the top part of the thigh is curving down so the knee is unsupported by any fat above and it looks really really bony and basically not nice.

how can I fix this? Are there any products free or to buy for this?
I've seen and i have products for fixing the back of the thigh and how it connects to the shin(i'm using Overhaul system in this picture), but i haven't seen any products that actually round the knee and make it smooth and have the top of the thigh regain its muscle/fat so it looks nice and realistic.

    I made this image. Drew aline where the leg should continue.
    I'm sure you all knew this and know what i'm talking about but i'm surprised if there isn't any products to fix this thing even though V4 has been in existence for years now.

    Oh Guys.. i think actually this may be due to Overhaul itself. Overhaul may be the reason why the upper thigh curves down. That sucks. Let me see what i do
