I KNOW SWAM's hair products usually use P3Design's characters. but also can't find this chatarter in P3Design

I think the figure is Saskia, but I don't know about the skin.

yes look like sakia but the skin tone is different ? i dont know
the eyebrows are different.

Also, keep in mind that during G3F brow packages were offered and people were able to remove brows that came with a character with Brow Remover and replace them with ones that they preferred. (But the link I gave is for a product released after the product page for the hair.)
