I'll second the wish for a new multipurpose loose robe. Preferably with dForce and a front which opens. Lots of potential uses: Judges, academics/graduates, church choir/clerical vestments, etc.

Your reference to powdered wigs suggests you might want something more suitable to the UK, like one of those on display here:
That's gonna be more difficult, but maybe folks have suggestions. As always, it's best to include pictures of what you want, as "judge's robes" can be radically different depending on where (and when) you are.
