Libraries disappeared again, fixes still in effect (Poser 10)

It says "can't reach this page, search for this site on Bing". It happened overnight. App Data/Roaming reads the way it should. I have 2 versions of Poser 10 on my PC because of a reinstall after a hard drive crash in February. The new Poser 10, plus a backup I use for libraries. It worked fine this way until today. It worked last night. Do I need to buy Poser 12 and end this nightmare? The only thing that's changed is a lot of new products installed recently.

Poser 10 uses the now deceased Adobe Flash for the Library; I'm surprised it worked this long.  Hopefully one of these fixes will work...

Thank you WandW. Yes, that's a useful page. I had used some of the fixes successfully awhile ago, but the awful thing came back. I decided I'd had enough of this achilles heel of old Poser 10 and couldn't take it anymore, so I got Poser 11, and I'm enjoying it so far.
