Forked Tail for Dragon 3 - Morph

A little morph to fork the tail of Dragon 3. It splits apart the last 2 bones of tail mesh.

After applying poses, tweak those last 2 tail bones as necessary so the skin doesn't flail out.

May be used with whatever rights one has for Dragon 3.
