Annoying message unsure how to get rid of it.. [FIXED]

While trying to do some reorganizing of all the my files and have them in one area, I moved and deleted some multiple duplicate files now whenever I start up Genesis 2 Female I am greeted with the below.. And I have no idea how to stop these now deleted duplicate files from being referenced by the Genesis 2 Female base..

Any help please would be greatly appreciated thank you..

    Even though they have the same filename, doesn't mean they are duplicates - Some character/morph that you still have installed for G2F, is calling them and when not found, you get the "Missing Files"

    Ahh k thank you for the help I hadn't realized that this was the case.. After much work looks like I have been able to rebuild everything and so far so good..
