Twi'lek Tentacles

Can someone create a "hair" piece for genesis2 ladies that is the twi'lek dual tentacles and headdress? I would love to be able to create some Star Wars action.

I think these would be amazing to have! Perhaps as the new star wars is coming out some will come out.
Even adding head dress additions would be cute or sexy.
:)
It's unlikely to occur, because that could be considered a copyrighted appearance. I know Sickleyield was disinclined to make a Cthulhu-like head-morph for tentacles around the mouth, because she felt there was a decent chance Daz might not authorise it, due to it being close to the 'Star Wars' creature species with a similar look.
Considering how some recent vehicles and robotic characters have a strong resemblance to certain fictional products, however, I suspect that Daz might well allow such a thing.
Regarding Twi-leks, however, this would probably be the closest available:

Personally, I'd love something which allowed easy-pose tentacles to be placed around the mouth and on the rear of the head. :) Raw Art recently made a superb Medusa-style hair product with individually posing serpents. So, it's totally possible.
I think you could still do it though. A Twi'lek variation rather than an exact replication of the star wars version. There are plenty of sci fi females or males with tentacle hair. Whoever would do would just have to make sure its not directly associated with the Twi'leks (like different skin texture, maybe a face morph, or non star wars looking outfits, etc...)
I'm in full agreement. Same for mouth-tentacles. You'd just have to convince one of the vendors it would be worth the effort!
Renderocity and ShareCG both have some Twi'lek options. (Renderocity's is titled something different, and they show the alien figure with vampire fangs. I think it begins with an M as well, but I can't remember. ShareCG you can just look up star wars or Lekku, and you should find it.)
Mouth tentacles... are you speaking about ...
- Quarrens? http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Quarren
- Anzati? http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Anzati
- Siths? http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sith_(species)
All three have facial tentacles...
Regarding the lekkus, it's the second thread in a month about it... for free alternatives, PhilC released two different lekkus sets: Oola, for V2, and a twi'lek character designed for V3.
I once posted the same thing, and the Tentacles(head tails) work in daz studio, but the textures wont because the file is for poser. If you know how to add textures, you can add your own to them, to match your model. Keep in mind that the head tails work for V4. I posted a render of what the tails look like. All i did was go into surface, cleared out the skin tex and just added a solid color to the parts of V4, then the same for the tails, and you can see what, how it turned out.
here is the link
RadiantCG’s Lekku project is a great set. You can find http://www.radiantcg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=201
I think there could be a different way as Pretty3D made it with his Stargirl Trooper. The inspiration is definetly from Star Wars. To avoid problems with copyright he made the helmet as a freebe available only from his site.
So i think when a vendor will do a character like a Twi´Lek he could sell a texture and morph here and do a head morph or prop as a freebe available on another site.
Saito the lekku you linked work in for all Genesis characters and textures work nativly in Dazstudio. Here's a Twi'lek made with Victoria 7. All it takes is a tiny bit of know how and literally 30 seconds of post work.
It seems we finally got a product matching our desires...

They didn't even try to hide the fact it was lekkus. :P
Actually I like this figure better than just a straight copy of something I've already seen. The differences make it alien enough to actually do some original work that isn't automatically labelled as SW fan art.
