dForce Asymmetric Button Dress, all versions are identical?

Does this dress work for anyone else? All four versions of the dress result in the "Buttoned" version for me.

I don't have the dress, but it looks as if it is a single (unfastened) dress with dForce add-ons that hold it closed at each level - if you expand the dress in the Scene pane you may see these, called links I think, as children. if you do see them in the Sceen pane try selectively hiding them, or deleting them, and see if the dress then drapes open.
