file not found error when i have the file installed

i recently transferred my content data onto a new hard drive and most of my stuff tell me files cant be found when they are where they should be ( i think) might be me just being a complete newbie and missing something but i cant figure it out

What is the full path to the file that isn't being found (i.e. starting from the drive letter)? Is the new content location listed in Content Directory Manager?

There is a folder actually named "data" in your content folder, did you transfer that as well? It contains the files D|S is looking for. Another likely hiccup is that D|S is simply still looking in the old location for your content; check the settings in the Content Directory Manager (both D|S and Poser Formats sections) and compare that with the actual new location of your content folder.
