Rock star makeup? (KISS-style preferred, or close to it)

I would like to know if there is any product for Genesis 3 or 8 that can add makeup (almost) reminiscent to Paul Stanley of the band KISS, who has a black star around his eye, but I wonder if there can be a modified version that has black stars around both eyes and white makeup?

    You probably won't find them because all the different makeup variation designs are trademarked. Kiss holds a non traditional trademark on them.

    You could look for some kind of geisha makeup with blank white facepaint, then use an Iray decal to project a black star onto the figure's face. Other than that, you'd need to get into texture editing, which is substantially more complicated, but do-able if you have some experience.
