Those articles have been there for quite a while. Ever since Carrara 8.5 was released.

Actually I have great hopes that we'll soon have same excellent instruction on the use of the softbody... just not from daz.

Instead, Stringtheory has mentioned that when he gets some free time he might be putting together a tutorial, and I'm actually looking forward to that with great anticipation :)
