Blinding white lights in Sun/Sky settings at night

If I run a Sun/Sky night setting such as the one provided by Dreamlight in his Quick Iray Settings vol.1, all pre-existing emissive surfaces become blindingly powerful. The result ressembles what you get from a flashbang, only it doesn't go away of course :) How does one solve it?

Turn down the light from the emissive surfaces.
Sounds to me like it's adjusting the tonemapper's CM^2 value. You can either turn down the emissive surfaces or adjust the tonemapper, depending on which one you want to take precedence.
Thanks to both of you :) It looks like by combining both suggestions, I have managed to tame the blinding beast. Iray Light Manager Pro seems to be a good solution for a bulk tuning of the emissive surfaces, too.
