How do I keep a simulated skirt out of places it wouldn't go?

When I simulate a skirt using dforce, I find that from the back the skirt is visibly trying to slip between her back cheeks which it wouldn't do in reality, so...

You can use a primitive in that area close to the body (be mindful of ridges) before you simulate.
