Looks like Tasha 8 to me.
I doubt it. Vyusur usually uses their own figures in promo pictures.

You already created a thread about this, and I told you Vyusur uses their own figures in their promo images, so it's either in their store or it hasn't been released.
Since Vyusur usually creates figure/hair combos, it's probably an early version of the character with the same name, Teena:

Well, she's got Tasha 8's birthmark by her right eye, so it's her skin, at least.
