I am wondering if there is an outfit similar (or close) to what Farrah Fawcett wore in the image attached? Any help would be appreciated.

I got the aforementioned flared jeans already. Now if only we can find a sweater with sleeves that can be rolled up, and an ascot to go with it.
Some of these Daz products might work for the FF outfit you are trying to assemble:

I downloaded the Looking Back outfit this morning, but the problem is, I wanted to have the figure wear the jeans with flat feet/shoes and it looks awkward with flat feet/shoes as if the jeans are designed to be worn with high heels or platform shoes.
I tried to add D-form morphs to the bottoms of the jeans but to no avail. I wish there was a way to make the jeans be worn with flat feet/shoes and show at least the front of the figure's feet/shoes.
You can take it into a modelling program and make a morph.
Or use mesh grabber to do it.
Or select the last rows of polygons in the legs, and in geometry editor make it a new face group you can hide
Or use a mask in cut-out oppacity to hide the lower part of the pants - that might look off, if you are simulating the pants.
