Clothing and tattoos in this image

Hello everyone,

Another new post on the shop ... and all without any mention of products used in promo images. So, I am asking for help in tracking down what is used, specifically the tattoos and the clothing worn by the character.

Anyone have any line on the clothing? My own searches still haven't pin-pointed it.
