2021-15 Hair Texture Expansion model?

Great hair by OOT, as per usual. I find the model he used for the exampansion pack quite appealing for a project/future VN I'm working on, and would like to use a slightly edited version of her. Problem is that it seems like it's impossible to contact OOT, espeically for a rather unimportant question (already tried Renderosity, no answer.), so I though I'd ask here. Apologies if already asked elsewhere, but could couldn't seem to find anything via searching. Any point in the right direction (even another source of contact) would be appreciated.

I think it's this Bambie with a chin morph and different makeup textures. OutOfTouch worked on the bundle, so they clearly have the character.

It might be a different Raiya figure done in the same style. Raiya and OOT collab often, so I'd start there.
