Dega Extreme Wound Decals Help

Hello, all! 
I've been trying to figure out how to use Dega Extreme Wound Decals.I can't seem to get them to appear when I try to add them to a figure though they show up in the Scene tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen. I can even move them around though I still can't see them. The same thing happens even when I try adding a geo shell to the character. Any suggestions?

Decals only show up in a render. Either turn on the Iray preview or do a render and then you should see them.
