Why are renders out of alignment

Recently my Daz Studio has either rendered like the attached example, or not really render anything at all but still saves. I have found that when I render small images then things work. But once the resolution is over 1000px then shananagins. I have an i7 CPU with 32GB RAM 64-bit system and nVIDIA  GT 1080i.
