returns and deletions.

when I return a product I am supposed to "completely delete" the item. But it stays up to the point that I still have the thumbnail to be able to download it and a slot on dazCentral thogh neither works. How can I get rid of those. Also, when I buy a bundle there are often a few files I do not want. I know I can not download them or delete them if I change my mind but I would like to be able to remove them completely. I realise that this would mean I would have to buy againif I wanted to use them later.
