Shortcut Keys Not Working

I think I have may have inadvertently disabled all shortcut key commands.. Ctrl+L no longer works for preview lights, Del no longer deletes items, etc. These commands all work properly if I go to toolbar menus and select from dropdown (or right click on mouse and select command from there, for instance, Delete.)

How do I restore shortcut key functions?

1. Window>Workspace>Customise
2. Click the Import button
3. Select Actions
4. Select the desired layout's actions

Alternatively just reload the whole layout - Window>Workspace>Select Layout

Thanks. I opted to reload the whole layout instead. Weird that it happened in the first place, but at least it got straightened out.
