Collada export twists pectoral bones

Hello!
I am exporting Genesis 2 as a Collada file to Blender.
This works fine, but one thing is really strange:
The pectoral bones point in the wrong direction as seen in my screenshot.
Is this a Blender problem or a DAZ problem?

Did nobody else ever notice this problem?
I describe a similar problem from 2 years ago here:

Make noise in that thread, we need a game dev forum to discuss such stuff and find workarounds. Could also be a problem with Blender. Have you tried importers of other software?
I could tell you another trick. But there is a "export problem" thread each week here and without a game dev forum to collect that stuff I don't feel motivated...
[I'm sure I already aswered 10 minutes ago, post got lost somehow...]
