Is this a commercial character? (Voodoo Outfit Set)

Does anyone know if the character shown in the Voodoo Outfit Set for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females by Mytilus and ProShot, is a commercially available character?

It could, of course, be an unrealeased character created by the vendors, or even a dial spin by them. However, I would be very interested in obtaining the character if possible.

I would guess the character is called Miki, but it's not for sale.  Just outfits:

The hair comes from this character:

Shizuka's eyebrows are thicker, so it must be a different skin.

Thanks Seven193, it does indeed seem to be the same character. Pity its not for sale. Maybe the vendors will release it one day.
