I'm a newbie, ok, but I wanna know if you can turn on the ligth on Response Vehicles : the beacon !

If you're referring to this product: https://www.daz3d.com/response-vehicles, Unforunately there's no material preset for what you want.

Since the "light bar" is a single surface, you'd have to create additional surfaces, and/or add point/spot lights to get a good effect.
