It is lantern from Red Crow Inn. Oh, I see Chibimonchichi already said it, obviously I am typing too slow. :)

funny, I have the Red Crow inn but my search of my library with Everything didn't find that one

It's called hanging lamp or something similar, maybe that's why you couldn't find it.

It's on the mantle in several of the promos. Item is called "CI Lamp" or "CI Lamp Complete" (with a candle) in the Props folder.
