Hexagon for simple Daz sets

I recently purchased Bryce and Hexagon as I wanted to create very "simple" sets for my Daz Studio renders. Don't need a complete building as I know to only render what the camera can see. Can anyone show me how to create a simple room set that I can put props in and pose my characters in. I'm a noob and all of the terminology is a bit daunting. I could't find a single tutorial that shows how to create a simple set for your Daz Characters.

I'm not a modeler, I'm a writer that wants to create nice ebook covers and I need to just create simple sets. Not individual items such as lamps, desks etc. Just floor walls and the textures that go along with them. I apologize if this sounds as if I am completly lost but need a little direction. I'm going to search the tuts again online and see whats what but I just want to create simple 3d interior/exterior sets for my daz characters.

Thanks so very much for your time and kind help folks.

    Hi Max,

Thank you so very much for pointing me in the right direction. There are a lot of great 3D sites out there but sometimes they don't show up in the results until page three or four. This site is excellent and i will be going through all of the tuts one by one. Did I see that you are a new member? I'm going to follow your example and join the Platinum club this week! Great suggestion.

Hey lets stay in touch, I would like to have some friends that are into the same things that I am into. I am a writer and I will use Daz mainly for my ebook covers. If you go out and price a cover with a graphic artist, you will be shocked. Daz saves me hundreds of Dollars on cover design. I am just getting started as you are and I look forward to sharing more of our 3D adventures!

    Have a beautiful day,

Thanks for the kind words. My newess in DAZ Studio is kind of strange. It says I am a new member since 2006. I did try in 2006, but had trouble and didn't try again until late 2013.

I think you are right that DAZ Studio has great potential for covers. I tried it:
