Looking for a hairstyle like this

I've been asked to make a daz version of a real person, and I'm struggling to find a hairstyle that matches hers.

It doesn't seem all that unusual to me - the sort of thing you might see in the street any day - but I can't find anything like it in the store. My best effort so far is Georgina Hair dialled as short as I can get it, but the parting is in the wrong place and it doesn't show the ears. I'd love to hear suggestions of better alternatives. It's going to be used on a G3F, but I'm happy to convert from any figure version to get there.
