Modular Roadway Set?

I just checked out this link:

And after seeing it, I think there should be a Modular Roadway Set, containing street sections with or without (wide and narrow) driveways, and even straight and curved varieties. I am very surprised there is nothing like that in the Shop to this day, and I think something like this is long overdue.

I also think a similar set for highways is also a good idea too.

There was (and may still be) a decent modular roadway over at renderosity; the catch is that it it's somewhat limited in what it offers, but for country roads (with no sidewalks), it works great. The pieces I am wanting for a modular road way would be a 4 lane roadway that is separated by some sort of median or island. I'd also like more intersections (2 lanes intersecting with 4 lanes, as an example). Also, for the sidewalks (intersections mainly), the only problem I have with the set I have is that the corners are TOO round; something like New York, where I can place a building on a corner and not have it look too out of place would be nice.
