Working on a piece, and look alright, except the character's mouth appears to glow when rendering.

An ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Attached is the problem area of the render.

That is due to SSS being turned on for surfaces inside the mouth. Logical if your going to have the mouth open or parted but for a closed mouth render not necessary at all. Either way there are two solutions. 1 is to make sure that all lights used in the scene have shadows turned on. 2 turn off the SSS inside the mouth for all those surfaces. Some characters come with a sss inside mouth option. If not you need to go to the surface tab with the character selected. Click the default templates. when that opens select template 4 as it will select all the inner mouth surfaces at once. Go down to subsurface off-on and slide it from 1.0 to 0.

Having lights not set to cast shadows can also be a factor.

Hi folks, I have noticed the mouth glow when I have applied the 'Interjection.' product.

Had to try a combination of all of your suggestions, and finally it's gone. Thanks everyone.
