animal distortion

I loaded the noggins macaw into daz 4.7 and whether turning the limits on or off they appear distorted when I load them.

I downloaded the new noggin's macaw with the 4.7 file thinking the older version was the issue, but with the same result.

is there something I'm doing wrong? will this impact all my older items I've purchased from daz3d.com if this will be an issue? I've tried other birds etc. with the same distortion problem.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a known, and reported, issue. It may be worth opening a support ticket to see if there's been any progress, if not you may need to request a refund.
