No Iray Presets or Iray Uber Shader installed?

Hi,

I've tried installing and reinstalling DAZ 4.8 beta, Genesis 2 Female(s) Essentials, and Genesis 2 Male(s) Essentials and I can't seem to get a hold of the presets for V6 or M6 or the Iray Uber Shader presets. I was told they were part of those packages. I do know my system recognizes the shader however because my boss emailed me a sample scene that uses the shader and it loaded and rendered and even listed it as IUS, but I just can't find a way to load it to something myself. Any ideas?

I'm running off of a 64bit Windows 8 Asus laptop.

    Try pasting the following into the filter window of DAZ Install Manager:

    sku::12000

    The files should show up in one of the 3 tabs along the top: Ready to Download, Ready to Install, or Installed. I think the one you're after is called "Public Beta Iray Support Content"

    Interesting, it's not there on any of the three lists, even with Hidden Files turned on.

    Oh wait! it didn't show up with the sku, but it did show up when I just searched Iray :D! Thanks, I knew something was missing :)

    I have the same problem. No Iray shader folder installed in the preset shader tab. I tried the sku::12000. I only get 2 in the listing, Studio 4.8 32bit and Studio 4.8 64bit. The shaders aren't listed. And when I tried to search for iray, I got nothing on all three tabs.
    Help!

    you have to remember to change your download filters to public. that thing gets me every time I install lol

    The Iray specific content was delayed. There was a post a few hours ago saying it should be up...so depending on how fast it's making it's way around the cloud network that DAZ uses, it may still be a while before it shows up for you.

    Did they finally roll out the shader presets ? I am bizarrely still not able to see them in DIM (even using sku::12000 or on product library with manual download.

    Anyone else still having trouble ?

    NVM it seems to be in Genesis 2 Female \ Male essentials

    I have no Iray shaders in the Shader preset area. They have disappeared from my library, although they were there before.

    Nor do I find a package containing them in the DIM. I have looked under the sku::12000 and under Iray it returns no results.


    Nevermind.

    This thread http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/57632/ fixed it. Reinstall default lights and shaders pack.
