Grey Screen problem

Hello. I recently have had an issue crop up when beginning a new render session. I cannot see any actors, props, scenes, etc in the center screen. All I see is a grey area where the figures normally are. So I am unable to see the models, shape them, or change color shade. I can see the models etc. when I change over to the pose, light or render screens.

I suspect I accidently altered a setting that is causing this issue. Any help is appreciated.

It is difficult to know exactly what you mean, can you post a screen shot of what you have?

Also, what version if Daz Studio?

I am at work for the most of the week before I can return home and to access anything on my computer. I have DAZ Studio 4.6 Pro and I did download Iradium in the past week.

I will post a screenshot Thursday Friday when I return home to help troubleshoot. Thanks.

Here is a screenshot. I have selected the genesis 2 figure and it should be appearing on the middle work screen but is it grey.

If I switch over to the pose, light or render screen the figure is now visible.

You have closed the Viewport pane - Window>Panes(Tabs)>Viewport, drag the tab into the dicking area (just under thetoolbar) to place in in the central well.

I had the same issue, it happened to me after a render. I can see my figures in the sample window in the top left, but nothing on the main screen, no matter how many tabs I switched to. This worked for me, hopefully it will for you. Go to Window at the top, go to workspace, and then select your workspace. I chose the default, city view, and there it was. The only problem, any modifications you have made to the tabs and the layout, you will have to do again.

    Hope this helpsl.
