Error on Loading - writeAuth: Couldn't open configuration file for writing

It might be "coincidence" but since I started upgrading along the 4.16 path, I have been getting a "writeAuth: Couldn't open configuration file for writing" error on start up.  I can click "OK" and it goes on as normal, but it happens everytime I start Daz.

It has followed me through the various 4.16 updates.

The main culprit could be that My wallet has shrunk, and MY LIBRARY has gotten larger, necessitating me moving "My Library" to a larger/faster drive.  Could I have missed a pointer in DIM/DAZ?

I... don't.. think so...

While I have/had Look at my hair, I unistalled it and still got the error.  I also updated to the latest Daz and still get the error....
