Am I going loopy? According to the documentation, when Mimic Live plug in is run, it should include 'Workspace' with it's own Menu Bar. Where might that be hiding? I have spent a whole evening on a search, to no avail. Help! and thanks again.

Once installed, and serial code entered, you can right click as shown in attached .jpeg to bring up the Mimic Live! pane.

If it doesn't show up there in the list of panes, you may first need to activate the plugin by pulling down Help --> About Installed Plugins and then enter the serial number found in your account online at:

    http://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers/

If none of that works, be sure you have the latest builds of both DAZ Studio and MimicLive!

Very many thanks for your helpful note and .jpg - it makes everything clearer to actually 'see' what you are describing.

The panel you show, we did eventually find. However, the Help notes seem to refer to Mimic Live having it's own Menu Bar, with File, Edit etc Tabs. They still seem elusive. Maybe we have misunderstood what we have read?

It's a very steep learning curve, finding our way around Daz3d and Mimic Live but thank you very much, again, for your very helpful message..

Hmmm...there used to be a standalone program called Mimic Pro, and Mimic Live might have been a subset of it(?)....not totally sure. Maybe the manual is referencing the old standalone Mimic application for some reason. Although I'm no expert, I'm not aware of any more interface to Mimic Live! than what you see in its own pane/tab in DAZ Studio.

Thank you Bitwelder. I was, sort of, coming to a similar conclusion.
